The Hario V60 Pourover has a timeless aesthetic that makes for a simple, yet elegant home brewing device. It’s perfect for use at home or on the road brewing; being made from steel means this V60 dripper is ready to carry anywhere and drip delicious filter coffee straight into your cup with ease.

PREPARATION
  • Place paper filter securely inside V60.
  • Pre-heat V60 by saturating filter paper with boiling water.
  • Tip 15g coarsely ground coffee into bottom of the filter cone and gently tap V60 to flatten bed of coffee.

Aim for a total brew time of 2:30. If you find your brew runs too fast, adjust the grind to a finer setting. If it runs too slowly, try a coarser grind.

STEP ONE

Bloom: Carefully pour in 40g of near-boiling water into the center of coffee and gently mix coffee to make sure every particle is completely saturated. Bloom for 40 seconds.

STEP TWO

Pour in the remaining 200g water carefully in a figure 8 motion, trying to bring as little coffee grounds to the surface as possible.

STEP THREE

Once the water has been poured, stir twice in small clockwise motions to get coffee to spin around in a vortex. Once it has drained, the coffee bed should be flat.

ENJOY!
